Vehicle rentals
Unlike the contracts screen, the rental screen is more complete, it controls several resources such as:
- Pickup location
- Return location
- If delivered to another unit, it is possible to charge for each km, to return to the pick-up location.
- Departure date
- Arrival forecast
- Customer
- Plans, groups and vehicles
- Allows you to include or not insurance
- Edit the values at the time of rental.
- Include additional conductors. If you wish, the system can charge for each additional driver.
- Departure and arrival odometer control.
- If the plan is daily, the customer pays for each km driven. If the plan is controlled km, the system charges the excess km of the deductible.
- Control of departure and arrival fuel.
- If it is delivered with a different tank than the one it left, the system charges the difference.
- Allows you to register deposits, blocks/shorts and installments.
- Deposit: Amount that was paid in advance.
- Blocking: Amount that was retained and will be returned at the closing of the lease or on a scheduled date.
- Installments: Options that will automatically generate installments and their entries to the finance department.
- Record of observations.
- Inclusions of fees and services.
- During reservation, rental or return, it is possible to include fees and services, such as: GPS, Washing, BB Seat and other services that may be included.
