Agreement
The use of our products and services beyond the withdrawal period referred to in these terms will imply unconditional and unrestricted agreement with the provisions and conditions of use informed, as well as the purchaser will be subject to the new rules to be established by the supplier, which will not make it impossible to use the product. Single Use
The purchaser of products and services made available by 7Carros, hereinafter referred to as "User", declares and agrees that he or she is aware of and committed to placing only one (1) order for products or services per user account. The use of multiple accounts or attempts to repeatedly request products or services will result in the breach of these Terms of Use and the adoption of legal and contractual measures by 7Carros.
Deadline to express withdrawal and refund of amounts paid
The Consumer Protection Code, established by Law No. 8,078/1990, gives the consumer a period of 7 days to withdraw from the contract whenever it occurs outside the commercial establishment. 7Carros understands that the contracting of its products and services is in accordance with the terms of the law, however the purchaser will have a period of not 7 days, but 30 days, to test and use the products and services purchased on the 7Carros website. The term begins on the date on which the product or service is made available to the purchaser.
Authorization of Automatic Payments
When paying for products or services using a credit card, the user expressly agrees that 7Carros is authorized to automatically debit the amounts relating to upcoming payments, including subscription renewals, on a recurring and continuous basis, until the user cancels this authorization in writing. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to maintain current payment information, including valid credit card information, to ensure proper processing of automatic payments. 7Carros undertakes to notify the user reasonably in advance before each debit, allowing the user the opportunity to cancel or modify automatic payments. The revocation of this authorization must be requested by the user through the communication channels provided by 7Carros with the minimum advance notice necessary to process the cancellation request. Failure to revoke authorization for automatic payments implies the continuation of these automatic debits under the established terms. Remember that you can delete this payment method at any time in your customer panel.
Access and use of 7Carros software
The 7Carros software can be accessed from any desktop or notebook computer that has internet access. The use of the 7Carros system is available immediately after the order is completed and validated on the website 7Carros.com.br/planos. It is illegal to copy any structure or source code of our system.
Limitation of use
