### Bank Accounts and Cash
1. Screen Access:
- Access the Company menu > Bank Accounts/Cashier.
- The system already has a first physical cash register created by default.
2. Difference between Bank Account and Cash:
- Bank account represents a bank account.
- Cash represents the company's physical money.
- The cash option does not refer to Caixa Econômica Federal, but rather to the operation's internal cash flow.
3. New Account Registration:
- Click to create a new account.
- Enter a simple name, such as Bradesco, Itaú or Caixa physical.
- If it is a bank account, fill in the bank, branch, account and notes.
4. Cash Register:
- When selecting the cash type, the system hides the banking fields.
- Fill in only the information necessary to identify this cashier.
5. Financial Organization:
- You can register as many accounts or boxes as necessary.
- The system uses this information to organize financial transactions.
