### Customer Registration
1. Access to Registration:
- Access via the Customers quick menu or the Company > Customers menu.
- Click on add customer to start a new registration.
2. Customer Data:
- Select the company linked to the customer.
- Define function, situation and type of person, such as natural or legal person.
- The system automatically adjusts the fields according to the selected type.
3. Preferred Language:
- Enter the customer's preferred language.
- This configuration helps with emails, notifications, website access and communications sent by the system.
4. Contacts:
- Register one or more emails.
- Enter telephone numbers and check if the number has WhatsApp, when the account allows this feature.
- The system can check whether the phone number entered has WhatsApp, making contact more practical.
5. Card, Documents and Observations:
- The credit card area depends on the prior configuration of the payment gateways.
- It is also possible to record driver's license, observations and customer files.
- The files tab centralizes documents and information related to the client.
6. Linked Invoices:
- The system keeps customer invoices centralized on the same screen.
- This facilitates financial monitoring and relationship history.
