### Steps to Generate and Manage a Contract
1. Access to the Contracts Menu:
- Access through the Contracts quick menu or the Contracts > Leases > Contracts menu.
- The contracts screen is suitable for app drivers, companies and recurring contracts.
- The reservations and rentals screen is more focused on tourism, daily rentals and short-term rentals.
2. Start of Contract:
- Click to add a new contract.
- Select headquarters or branch.
- Enter the start date.
- The end date can be automatically filled in depending on the type of count.
3. Counting and Auto-renewal:
- In the example, a monthly contract with weekly payment is created.
- Select count by month and enter the initial duration.
- With auto-renewal disabled, the defined end date prevails.
- With the Until Returned option, the contract remains in cycles until the vehicle is returned.
- It is also possible to configure a specific number of renewals.
4. Customer, Vehicle and Mileage:
- Select the customer and vehicle.
- Choose between controlled KM or free mileage, depending on the operation.
- In the controlled KM, enter group, vehicle, monthly franchise, excess KM and related values.
- If insurance is already included in the contracted price, leave the insurance field blank after activating the corresponding option.
5. Intervenors, Fees and Services:
- Add additional driver, guarantor, witness or labor manager when necessary.
- Include fees and contracted services, if any.
- Before going to finance, check the summary to validate the values.
6. Financial and Installment Command:
- Select bank account and payment method.
- Choose the appropriate installment command.
- In the example, the weekly command generates four payments within one month.
- The first due date can be filled in automatically.
- If there is a discount, mark it and configure it before generating payments.
7. Security deposit:
- Fill in the security deposit details when there is a deposit.
- If the amount entered the company financially, mark it to be entered in the cash register.
- If it is a promissory note or other agreement without money input, do not generate financial records.
8. Save the Contract:
- The save button is available in the summary.
- When saving, the system creates the installments and puts the contract in progress.
- After that, you can print invoice or send documents by email.
9. Ongoing Contract:
- If you need to replace a vehicle, use the corresponding icon.
- When you hover the mouse over the icons, the system informs you of the function of each one.
10. Vehicle Return:
- Use the return icon to close or return the vehicle.
- If there is more than one vehicle on the contract, select which one will be returned.
- Fill in the return information and confirm.
- Report the odometer to calculate excess KM and feed preventive maintenance.
11. Odometer Record:
- If the customer drives a lot, record the odometer frequently, such as daily or every two days.
- When registered correctly, the system can automatically calculate invoices and maintenance.
12. Signature:
- The contract can be signed via a link sent to the driver.
- It is also possible to sign in person via the app.
