Employees and permissions
### Employee Registration and Permissions
1. Importance of Individual Registration:
- Each employee must have their own registration in the system.
- It is not recommended to share users between collaborators.
- With individual records, it is easier to audit actions and identify who carried out each operation.
2. Access to Registration:
- Access through the Employees quick menu or the Company > Employees menu.
- To add a collaborator, click on the new employee button.
- Fill in the basic data and, if you wish, send a photo of the employee.
3. Roles and Permissions:
- The system already has pre-defined roles, such as owner.
- You can also create new functions according to the company's needs.
- In each function, define which screens and actions the employee can access.
4. Access Control:
- You can allow or block viewing, exporting, payment, cancellation and other actions.
- This helps protect sensitive information and limit operations according to each person's responsibility.
5. Remuneration and Finance:
- If you inform salary, type of payment and salary, the system can post the expense in finance.
- If the fields are left blank, the system does not generate a financial entry for the employee.
### Conclusion
- Employee registration is simple, but very important for security, auditing and internal control.
- Use permissions carefully so that each employee only accesses what they need.
