### Payment Methods
1. Screen Access:
- Access the Company menu > Payment Methods.
- The system already has some payment methods created by default.
- You can edit existing or add new shapes.
2. Companies and Exhibition Locations:
- Define which companies the payment method can be used for.
- Choose whether it will appear on the system, website, application or other available channels.
3. Post as Paid:
- This option defines whether the charge will be created as paid.
- Money is normally marked as paid, because the amount is received immediately.
- Invoice and card are generally open until payment is confirmed.
4. Link with Payment Gateway:
- The payment method can only be a manual registration.
- When linked to a gateway, the charge can be automatically sent to the customer.
- After payment, the system can automatically write it off.
5. Fine, Interest and Fees:
- Configure fine as a single value.
- Configure interest as a charge per day.
- If there is a service fee, define a fixed amount or percentage per installment.
6. Advance Discount:
- It is possible to give a discount for payments made before the due date.
- Define how many days in advance and what the value or percentage of the discount will be.
