### Registration of Vehicle Groups
1. Screen Access:
- Access through the Vehicles > Groups menu.
- Click to create the first group.
- The group can be identified by a letter, such as Group A, or by a name, such as Basic.
2. Group Information:
- Fill in name and description.
- Upload an image to represent the group if you wish.
- Define commission for investors, when the company works with this model.
3. Values by Company:
- After saving the group, the system releases the configuration by company.
- If there is more than one company, configure the values for each one separately.
4. Mileage Plans:
- Configure values for paid KM, controlled KM and free KM.
- In free KM, generally only the daily rate appears.
- In the controlled KM, enter the daily rate, kilometer allowance and value per excess KM.
- In paid KM, the system charges the daily rate and also for each kilometer driven.
5. Insurance and Coverage:
- Enter insurance values per day, third-party insurance and coverage deductibles.
- These values will be used in contracts and leases according to the selected plan.
6. Tolerance, Return and Additional Conductor:
- Set tolerance minutes for late returns.
- Configure value per excess minute, if applicable.
- Enter the return KM value when the vehicle is picked up in one location and returned to another.
- Configure additional driver value when the company charges for this service.
7. Progressive Discount:
- It is possible to create price ranges by number of days.
- For example, one daily rate for 1 to 7 days, another for 8 to 20 days and another for longer periods.
- The tracks must follow a logical sequence, without overlapping.
