- Access through the Vehicles > Maintenance menu.
- Preventive maintenance generated by the system initially appears as created.
2. Maintenance Status:
- A created maintenance can be converted to open.
- Open means that the vehicle is being sent to the workshop.
- It is also possible to create a maintenance already closed, when the service has already been done and you just want to register it.
3. Maintenance Opening:
- Select the company responsible for the vehicle.
- Enter the workshop, shipping date and exit odometer.
- Record the reason for going to the workshop, such as engine noise.
- While maintenance is open, it is not necessary to fill out a workshop return.
4. Printing and Monitoring:
- After saving, you can print the record and place the information on the vehicle dashboard.
- This helps you track service while the vehicle is in the workshop.
5. Maintenance Closing:
- When the vehicle returns, change the maintenance to closed.
- Enter the return date, updated odometer and fuel level.
- Record whether there was an oil change, tire change or other services.
6. Items and Services:
- Add items used in maintenance.
- It is possible to enter parts manually or use stock, when applicable.
- Each item can have its own value and make up the total service.
7. Write-off in stages:
- The system allows you to write off partially completed services.
- This is useful for larger maintenance, such as engine services, which can occur in stages.
- It is also possible to select all items and download them completely.
8. Financial Launch:
- When checking out, provide the payment method, such as Pix.
- The system records maintenance finances and links the service to the vehicle.
- At the end, the summary shows whether there is still any outstanding amount.
