### Vehicle Registration
1. Access to Registration:
- Access the Vehicles > Add menu.
- Select headquarters or branch, supplier, group and board.
- Upload a photo of the vehicle if desired.
2. Main Data:
- Inform Renavam correctly.
- If you don't have the information yet, use zero temporarily and update later.
- Do not fill in incorrect data, as this may harm the system's functioning.
3. Odometer and Availability:
- Enter the vehicle's real odometer.
- When registering a new vehicle, keep the availability as available.
- The system itself manages when the vehicle is rented or undergoing maintenance.
4. Vehicle Characteristics:
- Fill in the brand, model, year, color, transmission, engine and other technical data.
- Also inform the current location of the vehicle, especially if there is more than one company or branch.
5. Fuel and Tank Fractions:
- Enter the tank capacity and current fuel level.
- Set the value per tank fraction based on fuel price and total capacity.
- This amount will be used when the customer returns the vehicle with less fuel.
6. Purchase, Sale and Charges:
- Record purchase date and value.
- If the vehicle is offered for sale on the website, select the corresponding option.
- Register recurring charges, such as IPVA, value, maturity and advance notice.
7. Accessories and Items:
- Report observations and vehicle accessories.
- Other accessories can be registered in the Vehicles > Accessories and Items menu.
8. Maintenance Plan:
- Link the maintenance plan to the vehicle.
- The system automatically calculates upcoming maintenance based on the odometer.
- If necessary, manually adjust the next maintenance mileage.
9. Vehicle History:
- Once saved, the vehicle now has additional tabs.
- It is possible to consult maintenance carried out and invoices linked to the vehicle.
