- They are mainly used on the contracts screen.
- The chosen command influences the current contract and also future renewals.
2. Screen Access:
- Access through the Company menu > Payment Methods > Installment Commands.
- The system already has commands configured by default.
- It is also possible to create new commands according to the needs of the operation.
3. Simple Commands:
- The command `0` means cash payment on the day.
- A loose number, like `15`, means due in 15 days.
- The system adds this number to the current date to define the due date.
4. Monthly Installments:
- Commands with a hyphen, such as `1-12`, represent installments every 30 days.
- The final number defines the number of installments.
- The same format can be used for 3, 4, 12 or other quantities.
5. Custom Ranges:
- Using slash allows you to set different intervals between invoices.
- For example, one installment may mature in 7 days, another in 14 and another in 21.
- This format is used in cases where salaries do not follow a fixed pattern.
6. Weekly Payments:
- Commands with `W` represent weekly payments.
- It is possible to define the number of weeks and also the day of the week.
- A common example is generating four weekly payments within a monthly contract.
7. Maturity on Fixed Day:
- There are also commands to set due date on a specific day of the month.
- For example, make invoices always due on the 10th.
- The writing of the command must follow exactly the pattern indicated in the system.
