Tip 002 - Update webhook
### How to Configure Automatic Payment Downloading via Asaas
1. Problem Presented:
- This tip deals with payments made by the customer that do not receive automatic write-off in the 7Carros system.
- The setup uses Asaas as an example, but the principle also applies to other payment gateways.
2. Copy the New Webhook in 7Carros:
- Go to Company > Payment Gateways.
- Edit the gateway used and locate the Webhook section at the bottom of the screen.
- Copy the new webhook URL displayed by the system.
3. Access the Webhook on Asaas:
- Log in to your Asaas account.
- Go to Integrations > Webhooks and edit the existing configuration.
- Check that the webhook is active and that the name is set to 7Carros.
4. Update the Configuration:
- Delete the old URL and paste the new URL copied from the 7Carros system.
- Enter the responsible email and select version V3.
- Keep the synchronization queue and sequential sending option active.
5. Billing Events:
- In the event selection, select all events related to charges.
- Save changes to complete the webhook update.
### Conclusion
- With the updated webhook, Asaas once again sends payment events to the 7Carros system.
- This allows confirmed payments to be automatically written off in the finance department.
